WHAT YOU’LL NEED

50ml Domaine Dupont Calvados Fine

15ml Cinnamon syrup

7.5ml - 10ml lemon juice (to taste)

25ml single cream

Vanilla bitters (optional)

Domaine Dupont Calvados L’Original Spray

Glass - Nick & Nora

Garnish - dehydrated apple slice and a dusting of icing sugar


HOW TO MAKE THE APPLE STRUDEL

Add ice to your shaker and then add all of the ingredients. Shake vigorously (20 shakes) and double strain (Hawthorn and fine mesh strainer) into your chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with dehydrated apple slice and a dusting of icing sugar.

Finally, spritz liberally with Calvados Dupont spray.
