SMOKE AND MIRRORS

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

45ml Mezcal Union Uno

30ml fresh lime juice

15ml Batanga Tequila Blanco

15ml Cointreau or Triple Sec

10ml Agave nectar

25ml Egg white

Garnish - dried flower petals and chilli

Glass: Coupe


HOW TO MAKE THE SMOKE & MIRRORS

Add all the ingredients to your shaker and add lots of ice. Shake vigorously (20 shakes). Then open your shaker and strain the cocktail back into the small tin and remove the ice from the larger tin. Shake again without ice - this is called the reverse shake method. Then double strain into your coupe using your Hawthorn strainer and your fine mesh strainer. Garnish with dried flower petals and chilli.
