25ml Rosé Vermouth
20ml Campari

HOW TO MAKE THE ROCK POOL

Start off your drinks party with this great new take on a Negroni

Add all the ingredients to your shaker / mixing glass and stir with ice. Add ice to your rocks glass and strain your cocktail into your glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a flourish of samphire. Cheers!
